Requirements

1. Must have skilled work experience in a National
Occupational Code (NOC) 0, A or B occupation -
Managerial, Professional, Technical jobs and skill
trades
2. Job offers are subject to the labour market impact
assessment (LMIA) requirements (with exceptions)
3. Candidates must also meet the minimum language
requirements –
 for NOC 0 and A occupations: CLB 7
 for NOC B occupations: CLB 5
4. Education credential Assessment for FSW
application is required unless you are educated in
Canada. Optional for CEC and FST Express

The highest-ranking candidates in the pool will
be invited to apply for permanent residence

 Job offer -The employer needs to apply for a Labour
Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) before hiring a
foreign worker (for FSW and FST);A positive LMIA will
show that there is a need for the foreign worker to fill
the job offered and that there is no Canadian worker
available to do the job
 PNP Nomination-1) Apply to the PNP first and get a
nomination and then fill out an Express Entry profile
2) Or you can fill out the Express Entry profile first.
Provinces and territories can then search the Express
Entry pool and ask a you to apply for their PNP. When
you get a nomination certificate, update your Express
Entry profile
