14. HOW TO BORROW A BOOK?
• Activate your student card
at the customer service desk
• Student card = Library card
15. • Search the book in Tutcat and write down
the location info (call number + heading name)
16. • Pick up the book from the shelf based on the location info
• Borrow the book on a self-service lending machine
• Keep track of your due dates in Tutcat and return or renew
your loans on time in order to avoid overdue fees
17. RESERVATIONS
• If the book is out on loan you can reserve it in Tutcat
• Reserving is free of charge
• If you do not however pick up the book you reserved,
a fee of 1 € will be charged
