Parrot negligently designed, tested, engineered, assembled, fabricated, formulated, produced, constructed, approved, manufactured, packaged, labeled, marketed, licensed, distributed, prepared for sale, and sold the Rolling Spider in that it failed to exercise reasonable care to prevent the Rolling Spider from creating an unreasonable risk of harm to a person who might reasonably be expected to use in an expected or reasonably foreseeable manner. Parrot thereby breached its various duties set forth in this claim for relief.
