2. It is a branch in chemistry which deals with three dimensional
structure of organic molecule. In this we will discuss about
three dimensional structure and changes happen during
chemical reaction.
Stereo is Greek word means solid. Solid signifies here three

3. Stereochemistry is the branch that involves the study of
arrangement of atoms of a molecule in three dimensional. It is also
known as 3D chemistry.
One important aspect of stereochemistry is the changes that occur
in spatial arrangement of atoms during a reaction.
Another important aspect of stereochemistry is stereoisomerism.
