  3. A survey on woman fitness says that, 38.95% of woman in our country are careful about health but don’t want to join a gym or fitness center.

  6. There is rumor a in our country that, when women who regularly goes gym, after quitting gym they get even more fat or suffers from more health problem
  7. FemiFit is a fitness center where you will experience
  8. Our goals are
  9. We target 3000-5000 women which is 1.6% of total female population in Khulna City. Our target age group is 18-45.we estimate our target customer to be
  10. FemiFit will enter in a fairly competitive market in Khulna. Three direct competitors . Some other alternative for fitness organizations
  11. Now we will see s and w of our existing competotors
  12. Limited capital, lack of cleanliness and dec, equipment shortage, they have no baby care faciilities
  13. The strategies we use in our FemiFit are
  14. 5% discount for 12-month contact. 5% discounts are offered to the staff’s friends and family 10% for members who are student. Pricing is also seasonal and summer discounts are 7%
  15. We have verities of membership package with reasonable price
  16. The core services provided by FemiFit are,
  17. When you pay into something, you are more apt to use the facility.In our FemiFit Fitness Center we will provide with a reception which will be open 6 day in a week.
  18. Our FemiFit is situated in MajidSarani ,Royal Mor, Khulna
  19. our budget for promotion will be divided into
  20. We will communicate with our customers through
  21. FemiFit will hand out water bottles at events. These bottles will each have a health and wellness tip on them
  22. As we don't have any brunch, customers may face problem to connect with us. Our pricing strategy
  23. now a days, increasing heart and obesity diseases are causing people to pay attention to exercise. Overweighed women with diabetes are suffering from high blood pressure. Woman in urban area including pregnant woman and mothers are now more conscious about health. Potential to open another location provide first location is successful.
