Finite Time LLC – Personal Assistant (August 2015-Feb 2016)
- My role was to make Mr. Guy (Batman) organized and efficient so that he could handle business.
- Discretion in all things was important to Mr. Guy so I kept him organized and served as his
gatekeeper as business partners and clients would come through. I served as both hostess to his
guests and den mother when there was a project in the works.
- His expectations were high but he was always clear with direction. A man of few words but always
solid advice.
- I left his employment due to his relocation due to a house fire thus eliminating the need for my
services. But would be happy to provide a referral to anyone for me.
Self Employed – Freelance tile worker and artist (2006-2015) Wichita, KS
- From standard tile and bath remodels to elaborate custom made tile fire pits
- Experienced in mosaic tile work as well as traditional simple remodel tile work
- I combined my experience ranging from construction, demolition, and tile work into a passionate
business. Sadly business was never my area of expertise.
Fortney Tile – Tile/Grout worker (2004-2006) Wichita, KS
- Worked my way from being a grouter and novice at tile work to more elaborate and extensive jobs.
- I eventually worked my way up to being to tile/material selection.
- Responsible for forcasting material needs and equipment rental or acquisition.
- Mr. Whitehead eventually retired and I went out on my own with his blessing.
Cortez’s Restaraunt – Server (1998-2004) Wichita, KS
- The Cortez family gave me an opportunity when youthful indiscretions rendered me almost
unemployable.
- I made a name for myself and them proud to have taken a chance with me. My customers became
regulars and friends.

2. - I watch the restaurant grow from a small restaurant to what today is one of the most successful
Mexican restaurant’s in north Wichita moving and expanding just to keep up with demand. I learned the
value of treating customers like family who in turn took care of my.

2D and 3D art – From tile work to painting. I love it when work can incorporate my creative side.
Community Service – I am passionate about helping those who get judged and marginalized by society because
there was a time in my life fortunately decades behind me now, when I was that person. I might cuss like a
sailor but I try and live a WWJD pay it forward lifestyle and I have never been more a peace with myself. Always
remember that I have made, lost, and given away fortunes. But just like the rest of us. I’m human.
