This document summarizes key findings from research on improving relationships between Trinity College and the city of Hartford through a public archive website. The main points are: focus on Hartford residents and creating valuable events; get the community on campus through appealing public events; and design a website that centralizes events to increase engagement while merging mental maps of students and residents. The goal is for the website to benefit both Trinity and Hartford through increased interaction.
