Services - TRC provides the services of strategic planning, tenant representation, project leasing, general brokerage, property disposition, national
advisory, property management, construction management and net lease sales.
Divisions - In addition to tenant and landlord representation, TRC completes our end-to-end business through our 3 investment divisions:

Steve Lieberman and Alan Shor joined together in the summer of 2003 with a shared vision to build
a company that would embody their high standards and team-oriented approach. On January 2,
2004, they launched The Retail Connection, L.P. (“TRC”), immediately attracting and engaging top
professionals throughout the industry. Development

six months, TRC was a full-service retail real estate services and investment firm, had attracted two
dozen of the industry’s top players, represented over 40 retail chains & approximately 4 million

professionals, state-of-the-art research, technology, and its knowledge-driven platform. Today, the
firm represents over 200 retail and restaurant clients including JC Penney, Bed Bath & Beyond,
