Our Differentiating Factors
The new School of Entrepreneurship will offer a
curriculum that develops core skills in leadership,
information technology, communication, teamwork,
ethics, and globalization.
Regional and national businesses offer internship ex-
periences for UND students. Many of our Accountancy
students will intern with top accounting firms and
will receive job offers two years prior to graduation.
North Dakota Small Business Development Center
(SBDC) has evolved into a strong statewide network
of eleven centers. SBDC provides one-on-one con-
sulting services to small businesses across the state.
Students develop knowledge, skills, and values from
direct experiences outside a traditional academic
setting. A shining example is the successful Dakota
Venture Group, which has been ranked #1 nationally.
Helped launch more than 670 ventures that employ
more than 6,000 while securing more than $140 M
in investment – embedded with student engagement.
Employing the very best in wireless networking
infrastructure, classrooms and lecture halls will be
able to quickly adapt to changes and advancements
in technology.

The state of North Dakota is a unique incubator for entrepreneurs. Unprecedented eco-
nomic growth and development, a population boom, and an influx of new start-ups and
established global companies spell innovation.
Already recognized as one of the first business schools to equip students with the skills
to succeed as entrepreneurs, the CoBPA is ready to change the game in entrepreneur-

The new School of Entrepreneurship will deliver a dynamic curriculum and exciting
programming to the entire UND campus, eastern and western North Dakota, and
beyond, inspiring every student to become their own best entrepreneur.
Certificate Program.
From Art to Zoology, all graduates will have the
chance to obtain a Certificate of Entrepreneurship
to accompany their major degree.
