Why You Need an Onboarding System
On-boarding (or Induction) systems to get new employees up
to speed are the least used, yet one of the most beneficial.
Time to on-board a new employee effects profit margins.
Typical 3 month times can be reduced to 4 weeks, therefore
profits are lower for 2 months.
If the employee doesn’t work out, you’ve lost a lot of profit. A
good recruitment system that attracts and identifies great
attitude people is a fantastic, profit increasing system (and
one of a few systems our clients receive)

These are needed for all “3-legs” to track sales income
each week as well as production (service work completed
as a dollar figure each week), and cash in and out.
Without measuring systems you fully understand
increasing profit margins is very difficult, so it motivating
employees that will give you freedom

Be prepared to invest in a real-world education. Don’t just
pay for marketing, pay to LEARN about marketing.
Management is the same, its an investment to learn.

Are website developers “experts” at marketing? Or expert at
programming? Decades ago, newspapers promoted
themselves as ‘the experts’ – and so did Yellow Pages!

Have a photo of happy people on your home page as the very
first image. People buy outcomes, and that’s all your business
is providing, so show the outcome they want!
Learn COPYWRITING too. The first 5-10 words people read
will bore them or excite them. Choose your words wisely!

  • 33. Why You Need an Onboarding System On-boarding (or Induction) systems to get new employees up to speed are the least used, yet one of the most beneficial. Time to on-board a new employee effects profit margins. Typical 3 month times can be reduced to 4 weeks, therefore profits are lower for 2 months. If the employee doesn’t work out, you’ve lost a lot of profit. A good recruitment system that attracts and identifies great attitude people is a fantastic, profit increasing system (and one of a few systems our clients receive)
  • 34. Measuring Systems These are needed for all “3-legs” to track sales income each week as well as production (service work completed as a dollar figure each week), and cash in and out. Without measuring systems you fully understand increasing profit margins is very difficult, so it motivating employees that will give you freedom (The Academy of Business Mastery includes these systems too)

  • 37. My Best Advice Be prepared to invest in a real-world education. Don’t just pay for marketing, pay to LEARN about marketing. Management is the same, its an investment to learn. Can you tell an effective website (design) in 2 seconds? Are website developers “experts” at marketing? Or expert at programming? Decades ago, newspapers promoted themselves as ‘the experts’ – and so did Yellow Pages!

Training isn’t Expensive, but Ignorance Is A great website is one where you may need to instruct the developer in design, based on decades proven FACTS… Have a photo of happy people on your home page as the very first image. People buy outcomes, and that’s all your business is providing, so show the outcome they want! Learn COPYWRITING too. The first 5-10 words people read will bore them or excite them. Choose your words wisely!
