  • About Tonny Meng-Lun Kuo is a Ph.D student specializing in business analytics and service innovation at Institute of Service Science of National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. He is also a research assistant at Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan (MoST) and teaching assistant at NTHU. He received his MA in learning sciences and BA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at National Tsing Hua Univ. in 2016 and 2014 respectively.
