3. Update uniforms and include name badges.
We’ve just introduced new corporate uniforms to
our staff. Our lifeguard uniforms will commence
in September.

when a class is cancelled or
school carnivals are on.
We’ve started alerting gym class
participants if a class has been
cancelled. We’ll strive to alert
members on other aspects
of our service.

Promote more of the children’s and adult’s activities.

the facility to help
with enquiries. We’ve
increased staff training
and information sharing.

family fitness classes, seminars, movie nights and

Bring back afternoon Group
Power classes and schedule
different after work fitness
classes. We’re trialling new
evening classes for the summer
timetable including Group Power,
Pilates Barre, and Zumba.

Replace older equipment. We’ve purchased a
number of new machines including the SDrive, Air
Dynne Bike and 90° Leg Press.

Run more local
charity events like the
biggest morning tea.

More consistent aquatic rules. We’re making this
happen with more training around policies and
customer service.

Give Waves Swim School greater consistency in
instructors and more personalised service. We love
our Waves Swim School, so we’ve increased staff
training to deliver this.

Sell healthier options at the café. Our cafés
are trialling new menus, so come and try their
new selections.

More members competitions and prizes. Great idea!
Visit the gyms and enter into the Olympics, monthly
competitions and yes there are prizes.

• Impressed with café pricing, could get a big bottle of water
and food. Makes for a family friendly place.
