languages. Its newspapers have a combined number of around 100 editions from 15 states. In 2010 it acquired
Mid Day Infomedia which publishes Mid Day (English Tabloid) for INR 200 crores and in 2012, it acquired Nai
Dunia (Hindi broadsheet daily) based in MP. In December 2014 it acquired Radio City.

language daily newspaper with 15 editions - 10 in Kerala and also in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai
and Dubai. It claims to have a circulation of 1.5M copies per day. The company also runs FM broadcast radio
channels under the brand name Club FM in the cities of Thrissur, Kannur and Trivandrum. It also has interests in
music and news distribution through its satellite broadcast TV channels Kappa TV and Mathrubhumi News.

portfolio of nine magazine titles including Kala Kaumudi, Vellinakshatram, Muhurtham, Ayurarogyam, Fire,
Snehitha and Bhavanam. It publishes Kala Kaumudi, the oldest Malayalam daily from Mumbai. Recently started

company the TV Today Network is listed on BSE and NSE and has a market capitalization of 1328.42 crore.
