be on peer-to-peer learning in the form of Mentoring and Knowledge Circles.
These concepts can be further enriched by cooperative Systems to Support such as the
collaboration platform and the Living MeInc tool.
The power of small groups (DIY innovators) is the clue rather than one large department or organization. A
