- 10. Why do you need creativity?
- 12. More Money.
- 13. More Joy.
- 14. How can you encourage creativity?
- 15. Empathise.
- 16. We encourage empathy for our users - so why not for each other?
- 18. Give context.
- 19. Build backwards from the future.
- 20. Inspire a thirst for knowledge.
- 25. Trust people.
- 26. Your preferences are not the arbiter of correctness.
- 30. Don’t work for people who stifle your creativity.
- 31. Don’t work for people who expect you to stifle your teammates.
