For over than 12 years, I've been living, breathing and making the web while leading and managing organizations. Along those years I found out that I'm passionate about entrepreneurship, strategy, design, user experience and management. I truly believe that design can change the world for better and create tremendous value for companies. My professional career started at the army where I was an officer and commander of a unit. After that, I co-founded Netcraft - an Israeli web agency. Over the years, Netcraft set the tone and became an industry leader in Israel, setting standards in user experience, design and development for the web. Those achievements were recognized when I was named
