Over and above everything , the answers must be to the point and objectively analyzed. In no way should a candidate write answer on a whimsical way that amounts to negative marking. Last but not the least, a candidate should substantiate his answer with logical reasoning without a compromise. qqq HOW TO WRITE A GOOD ANSWER Good preparation and precision are required to write a good answer as far as UPSC is concerned. The Aspirant must have a command over English and must write in precise manner in such a way that the meaning of the concept has not gone to oblivion.
