We have a backend Db and other support from Microsoft
We have started in around March, 2015 and have acquire already 50
retailer Mumbai
We are filling 80 order per day with around INR 600-700 order value
through our application

Within 2 years of operations, we will be able to achieve the figure of about
50 crores of revenue generation per year

We are giving 1 month or till the sales transaction of 10 k free subscription to retailers
We have also tied up with big retailer like Haiko, Cheap & Best, Asiad
Current status of retailers on board: around 50 retailers across Mumbai (major and potential
locations)
Future plans for introduction of credit system to retailers
Approach towards business is strengthening the retailer base and not exploiting the market
power
Retailers are free to negotiate on the profit margin to be divided between GrocShop and
respective retailer
Cash on delivery for retailers which builds trust among the retailers
Updating the inventory is not retailer’s headache. We take care of it.
Best platform for retailers to improve their visibility through our channel
7. Logistics
Use of 3PL for delivery of goods from retailers to end consumers
Strong network optimisation to ensure the delivery within 90 minutes
Deep penetration is achieved through tying up with local 3PLs instead one
major 3PL in the Mumbai area
Retailer has also an option to provide the home delivery through his own
delivery boy
Dynamic and trustworthy logistics arm to achieve the delivery of
perishable items within the promised time and promised quality to the
customers
Within 6 months of operations target to cover entire Mumbai region
