What’s your definition of business?
Why growth tech startups?
https://drgrandville2.wordpress.com/2011/02/18/why-companies-decline-a-new-understandin/
Creative / entrepreneurial phase – high risk for failure.
Maturity – established itself, stable. Became a safe workplace for employees.
Decline – due to loss of creativity, flexibility, alertness to market trends. Freshness >> Bureaucratic (failure in leadership or HR, policies, procedures, bad org dev.)
HRIS complicated solutions… why they were put the first place, SaaS trends.
Policies and procudures are usually put when people violate or make mistakes – and to systemize.
Succession planning... Rarely in SMEs. Rarely in growth mode.
