  2. Today, creating happy employees is big business!!! You will find many pictures like this on the websites of companies and providers who pormise you happy people when you work with them! The first question that comes to mind, is Do we need actions to create happy people?
  3. Yes! Because more that half of all working people experiences negative stress at work. So yes, we need to find a solution for this stress Why?   9. Mostly, they are presneted the negative sof stress hwile their is as much of positive associated around stress Stress is not more then a signal telling us something needs to change. Or that their is a barrier we need to deal with.
