Ever since exponential increase in production, storage and movement of data, data science has grown central to our lives, pervading all industries and giving new dimensions to every job. So how do we face the growing needs for data savvy workforce in both companies and public institutions? The answer lies in educating and training new data scientists, and teaching other professionals to integrate data into their worklife. This talk will present my views on how to train data scientists from ground zero to operational level quickly and well.
