William Hodges Tulloss graduated first in his class from North Carolina State University's Forest Management program in 2017. He has extensive leadership experience as Vice Chairman for the NCSU chapter of the Society of American Foresters and Chairman of the Ducks Unlimited chapter. His work experience includes working as a silviculture technician for the North Carolina Department of Agriculture where he gained skills in timber cruising, forest management software, and heavy equipment operation.
