YT-3300(YT-3350) Smart Valve
Positioner accurately controls
valve stroke, according to input
signal of 4-20mA, which is
being input from the controller.
In addition, built-in micro-processing
operator optimizes
the positioner's performance
and provides unique functions
such as Auto calibration, PID
control, Alarm, and Hart
protocol.
5. Electro Pneumatic Positioner
YT-1050, the Electro Pneumatic
positioner is used for operation
of pneumatic valve actuators
by means of electrical
controller or control system
with an analog output signal of
DC 4 to 20mA or split ranges. -

8. Air Filter Regulator
YT-200(YT-205) receives main air
pressure and supplies to the
desirable level pressure to a
Positioner or other devices. -
Maintains desirable pressure level,
regardless of fluctuation of pressure
input. - Aluminum body increases
versatility of the product in different
environments. - 5 micron filter sorts
minuteness particles in the air. -
Relief function is available which
discharges to atmosphere if the
outlet pressure is higher than
setting pressure.
9. Volume Booster
Volume booster relay, YT-320 is
used in pneumatic control valve
which receives positioner’s output
signal and supply air pressure
actuator to reduce response and
adjusting time. - Supplies constant
air pressure at the rate of 1:1. - By-passing
control enhances safety of
control valve. - Response to slight
changes in input signal, which
increases accuracy of output of air
pressure to actuator. - Built-in 100
mesh screen filters dusts in the air.
10. Lock Up Valve
Lock Up Valve, YT-400 sense the
main supply pressure and shuts
down the air flow when the
pressure is lower than setting level
to avoid system shutdown or
damages to pipelines. - Due to its
compact size and light weight, lock
up valve can be installed without a
bracket. - It responses to less than
0.1kgf/㎠ pressure change/s. - Epoxy
power coating resists against the
corrosion. - 100 mesh screen filters
small dust entering into the unit.
11. Snap Acting Relay
Snap Acting Relay, YT-520 senses
supply pressure and changes the
direction of the air flow when
supply pressure is lower than
setting pressure. It also provides
"Fail-Position" function when the
supply pressure gets lower
especially when there is damages
on pipelines. - It responses to very
small changes and has high
accuracy. -Versatility can be
enhanced by having different
material and capacity. - 100 mesh
screen filters small dust entering.
12. Solenoid Valve
Explosion proof type 3way solenoid valve,
YT- 700S series outputs pressure to valves
or changes output port direction. -
Explosion proof type (ExdIICT6) solenoid
valve. - Replacement of coil is easy due to
AC and DC applied in same enclosure. -
Manual switch enables user to test the
operation when the power source is cutoff.
- Connecting wires are easy because
connection port can be rotated (265°). -
Valve body is air pressure operating type,
so the operation is very smooth with high
durability. - Can be directly attached on
actuator, because of NAMUR type design.
