Now the fun part and where the real innovation of the FOMIN Sustainable Tourism Matrix comes into effect. We created the FOMIN Solution Sustainable Tourism Matrix by listing all of the Users on the Y axis and all of the Challenges on the X axis. [have an annex to the matrix] This way we can be able to identify classify the solution and we can have an immediate dashboard view of the areas where there are many solutions or few solutions. This is important in terms of project design and future interventions. For instance if you have an are where you have 0 solutions you can quickly decide that the next projects that you design will be set up to address this issue. On the flipside you can see areas where there has maybe been an over investment and there is no need for more projects aimed at producing a new solution with that category. Instead, those solutions can be subsidized for adoption where a project has needs within that challenge area.

Consulta básica de GIS4LAC EXWA (EXWA Executors WA work area) Desde la interface inicial EXWA (Powered by ESRI) el usuario toca un símbolo que representa el ejecutor del proyecto, varios campos lo vinculan hacia datos administrativos, documentos y reportes (powered by PSR) Pero, los campos WOR AREA e IMPACT FILE lo llevan hacia hojas reporte o files de contenido que enlazan hacia otros tipos de datos, incluyendo SOLUTIONS (powered by SOLUTIONS MARKETPKACE). Al estar montada la plataforma y activarse las opciones de búsqueda y análisis geográfico pueden hacerse consultas con criterios de distancia, país, palabras clave etc.
Un Project area file (WAF) proporciona la ubicación subnacional de las zonas de trabajo de un proyecto. En esta fase se han deducido de la documentación disponible en el PSR, pero podría solicitarse a los ejecutores que delimiten y suscriban la ubicación de sus zonas de trabajo. Un WAF tiene una breve descripción de las zonas, resaltando su valor estratégico para el desarrollo, conecta con su Impact file respectivo y permite retornar al mapa principal de EXWA. Los WAF conectan con Google Earth (o Google Maps si es necesario) para aprovechar los contenidos de esta plataforma, algunos de los cuales pueden ser proporcionados por los ejecutores. Tambien se vinculan con el Marketplace de soluciones.
