2. Personal Development Health Physical Education Students aim to respect their bodies and each other and develop positive attitudes towards physical education. Schools require two hours of physical activity a week for all students.
3. Students must be encouraged to learn about health and make informed decisions in order to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Students learn from teachers, parents and guardians. So we have to set a great example as we are the role models.
4. Encouraging student’s participation and achievement is important to develop great understanding and knowledge, teachers and parents build this in both schools and community settings. A classroom has to be both informative and interesting for the student.
