will be the Domain (92 floors), Trust Tower (60 floors), Marriott hotel - (14 floors) &
Retail shops mall-World trade center mall (165 shops).

Comprise five tower buildings with a shared podium, the project contains a 250 room five star Hotel-
(SOFITAL HOTEL), a 25,000 square meters office building, 220 luxury apartments including 21 sky
villas and six rooftop villa apartments located in three towers, with retail facilities and a four storied
underground car park. This mixed-use development ranges in height from 30 to 49 floors on a seven-
floor retail podium and four basement car parks.

3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Coordinating all MEP works with civil activities in High-Rise Commercial Buildings projects.
 Monitoring all subcontractors’ resources to ensure adequacy and availability to maintain the
construction schedule.
 Reviewing of design drawings.
 Preparing all necessary documents such as inspection requests and submittal of MEP
materials.
 Prior to commencement of a particular operation, verifying that a Method Statement is
required/ available/ approved. Checking Submittal document, materials, technical data
against specifications and contract drawings (prior to submission).
 Preparing and submitting the Daily, weekly and monthly work progress reports, and
administers MEP project management activities.
