2. Creating the Sales Funnel Report
Open the 'Potentials' table and click 'New' ->
'New Chart View'.

◉ Drag and drop 'Stage' to the X-Axis and 'PotentialID'
to the Y-Axis.
◉ In 'PotentialID' drop down, choose the 'count'
function
◉ Click 'Click Here to Generate Graph'.

By default, a bar graph will be generated plotting the different
stages in X-axis and the number of potentials in each stage
in Y-axis

Choose 'Other Charts' -> 'Pie Chart' ->
'Funnel' in the toolbar

You will get the sales funnel - the number of
potentials in each stage.

◉ You can further customize the funnel as you
need.
◉ To know the number of leads in each stage, drag
and drop the 'Potential ID' count in the Text field.

You can choose only stages which you need
to be part of funnel by applying filters. Drop
the 'Stage' column in 'Filters' tab and select
the required stages.

You can order the stages in the funnel using
custom sort option, so that you can arrange
them as per the sales flow. Click on the 'Sort ->
Custom Sort' option in the toolbar to order the
values in the chart.

You can have a filter for time period. Drop
the 'Closing Date' in "Filters" tab and filter
the required time period

In 'Edit Design' mode, you can click each legend
value to change each stage color according to
your liking

You can drag 'Potential Owner' (which is
renamed as 'Sales Person') to the 'User
Filter'.
