Product includes services Place [Distribution]  -  The next of the 4 Ps of marketing focuses on getting product to your customer.  Promotion   -  This element of the 4 Ps of marketing focuses on communicating with your customer.  Price  -   The successful producer of an article sells it for more than it costs him to produce - that's his profit. The customer buys it because it is worth more to him than he pays for it - that's his profit.

The United States accounts for almost half of the global pharmaceutical market, with $289 billion in annual sales followed by the EU and Japan  Emerging markets such as China, Russia, South  Korea and Mexico outpaced that market, growing a huge 81 percent. .
