Harmony in the workplace
1. THE WORK, YOUR COLLEAGUES AND YOU
HARMONY IN THE
WORKPLACE
FUNMILOLA O. ENOBABOR
2. INTRODUCTION
More often than not, the atmosphere within
the workplace changes. It can either be free
from stress or stressful. This is because
people working together might not, under
normal circumstances, ever think of being
friends in a situation outside of work.
Friends or not, success in the workplace
however, depends largely on teamwork in an
harmonious environment.
