- In the middle of transformation – company started splitting Splits caused a little chaos BUT – we were better able to handle because we were already on a global system
- FY13 – 9 payroll, 10 eTime (overlap 4 on both) FY14 – 11 payroll, 5 eTime (overlap 4 on both) FY15 – 4 payroll, 9 eTime (overlap 1 on both), 3 payslips, 8 WD Time FY16 – 9 WD Time, 11 payslips (no payroll transformation due to HP split) FY17 – 4 payroll, 4 WD Time (overlap 3 on both), 5 payslips More global standards meant fewer platforms Now we have 80-85% of employees on global platform

- For HP – being agile means that we are reinventing our world everyday what we look at is how do we respond to the customer? The end goal is who’s producing revenue for HP.
