HOW IT WORKS
Custom business AI/bot made easy, and 60% auto-replied.
2-taps messaging with our great UX enables 40%, the rest,
replied for 1/20 of cost; time.
Turn your cost center into profit center.
24. founders@appsocial.ly angel.co/appsocially***
ChatCenter iO, the world's largest customer communication
center for businesses (in the near future), will have no desks at contact
centers, just like
Uber, the world’s largest taxi company, who owns no vehicles,
Facebook, the world’s most popular media owner, who creates no content,
Alibaba, the most valuable retailer, who has no inventory, and
Airbnb, the world’s largest accommodation provider, who owns no real estate.

In The Future We Build,
Every customer communication is done within 2 taps on our
mobile app or by our AI/bot,
Contact Centers is replaced with “shared time” of crowd,
Operators better communicate with customers,
Happy customers love businesses (= our customers), and
The world becomes happier, healthier, more productive and
more connected. :)

AI takes time to make it precise like human.
50+% of precision is achievable in
a short period of time with just
non-AI kind of bot (temporal,

There are 3 approaches for making AI better:
Invest to collect data (X.ai, Facebook's M)
Invest in human and M&A (Google,
Facebook, Salesforce, and all those giants)
Work with individual industries for
obtaining domain-specific experience/
data of their real customers (this is where
ChatCenter iO comes in)
