5. Miles
2.1. General
Miles form the basic unit of all calculations to reward Meridian Corporate Style members for their loyalty
and trust to AeroSvit.
No bonus miles or miles under other Programmes may be converted into Meridian Corporate Style
Programme miles, unless Meridian Corporate Style Programme has reached an agreement with the other issuing
Programme operator concerned. Miles and the mileage accounts are non-transferable, and no refund is possible.

online service by entering their Meridian Corporate Style card number, last name and PIN on www.AeroSvit.com .
2.3. Mileage accrual
Miles earned by all employees indicated in company’s membership application will be accumulated on the
common account of the company.
The number of such account is given to a company by Meridian Service Center
Meridian Corporate Style Programme provides an individual incentive factor – mileage percentage (0 –
100%) which is fixed by the head of the company for the purpose of individual encouragement of employees for
their past services. That percentage goes on the employee’s private sub account thus he/she will be able to order
awards by himself/herself.
Meridian Corporate Style Programme also offers mileage accrual with specified partner companies. Since
Meridian Corporate Style Programme has no direct control over these companies, neither AeroSvit nor the joint
operator concerned may be held responsible for availability of services provided by partner companies (e.g.
flights, hotel stays, rental cars) and for proper performance of any contracts.
2.3.1. Flights
Miles are credited to the corporate's account for each actually flown segment of a fully paid scheduled
flight by AeroSvit or by a Meridian Corporate Style Programme partner company. The number of miles credited
for direct flights depends on the distance between point of departure and destination, as indicated on the ticket, on
separately announced minimum miles or on fixed rates announced in the Meridian Corporate Style Programme
communication media.
The mileage is multiplied by the booking class factor according to the flight class paid and indicated on the
ticket.

for certain destinations.
Meridian Corporate Style Programme reserves the right at any time to deduct miles for a flight/service
which has not been realized, or where mileage accrual evaluation does not apply, or where it is a discrepancy
between what it was added and what should have been added to the Meridian Corporate Style member’s account.
Miles for a particular flight/service may only be added once. In case where it is possible to include one
flight/service into more marketing Programmes only one Programme must be chosen.

Each company may earn a fixed number of miles when choosing the services of non-airline Meridian
Corporate Style Programme partners.
Miles are credited to the company’s corporate account for every paid stay or night at a Meridian Corporate
Style Programme partner hotel, provided the booked hotel rate qualifies for mileage accrual at the time of
conclusion of the contract for accommodation. The same applies to every paid rental of a vehicle with a Meridian
Corporate Style Programme car rental partner, provided the booked rental car rate qualifies for mileage accrual at
the time of conclusion of the contract of hire. The number of miles credited is announced separately.

under another bonus Programme. Certain other services may also be excluded from mileage accrual following a

unused, reimbursed, lapsed or unlawfully obtained documents (tickets, flight coupons). The same applies to other
unused or refunded services that qualify for mileage accrual.
For any reason it is recommended to a company to keep the flight documentation (passenger’s receipt and
boarding pass) after each actual flight flown.
2.3.6. Retroactive crediting procedure
Any claims for miles not automatically registered can be credited to the company's account within 2
months after commencement of a flight/service concerned. For this purpose, Meridian Service Center requires the
complete documents: original/copy of passenger’s receipt plus original boarding passes for each segment flown, or
original hotel or rental car invoice. The subsequent data checks and confirmation is to be proceeded within 14 days
after the flight documentation received by Meridian Service Center, in case when original boarding passes are
missing it takes 30 days. There is no guarantee from Airline’s side for crediting of miles for a flight claimed when
