Biography Andrew D. Broadhurst Andrew serves as the Web Design Team Manager for the Instructional Design and Development Team at the American Public University System (APUS).  He manages an agile team that specializes in researching, developing, and implementing multimedia learning tools & enhancements for online courses and student success.  Andrew has a diverse background in graphic design, website development, promotions, printing, mass communication, creative writing, and teaching courses in design. Gina Fredenburgh Gina serves as the Instructional Design Services and Technology Analyst at American Public University.
