Leap into Life is a leadership development program consisting of:
– An individual intake in 3 steps
– Contracting with the employer
– Two days with the local group; European / African
– Ten days learning journey in Africa
– Individual coaching during and after the learning journey
– One harvesting day with the local group
– Individual check out with participant and employer
