Contract Manager
Contract Manager - responsible for managing and leading CLI contracting efforts, administering and negotiating
the contractual agreements between CLI and its funders and partners. This position provides in-depth
government contracts and grants. In addition, this position coordinates and provides oversight for compliance
Providing leadership to ensure for programmatic staff a seamless contracting process that encompasses
Implementing continual process improvement solutions; Ensuring all contracts are created, negotiated, approved,
accordance with applicable laws, contract terms and conditions, and CLI guidelines and objectives; Assured
including Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, teaming agreements, leases, vendor contracts,
