2. What is the Coronavirus?
Coronaviruses come from a family of viruses that can
cause health problems from the common cold to more
serious illnesses.

3. What is COVID-19?
COVID-19 is the most recently discovered infectious
disease caused by the coronavirus. The disease was
unknown before the outbreak in Wuhan, China in December
2019.

4. SYMPTOM • FEVER
• COUGH
• DIFFICULTY BREATHING
• FLEMA
• TIREDNESS AND WEAKNESS

5. It is transmitted from person to
person:
How? 1.When sneezing or coughing.
Why? Because when we sneeze or
cough drops of water or discharge
come out of our nose and mouth

REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF A
MASK

SHOULD BE USED BY HEALTHCARE
WORKERS, CAREGIVERS AND
PERSONS WITH RESPIRATORY
SYMPTOMS SUCH AS FEVER AND
COUGH.
2. BEFORE TOUCHING THE
MASK, WASH YOUR HANDS WITH
ALCOHOL BASED DISIFENTACTE
OR WATER AND SOAP.

11. 3. INSPECT THE MASK TO
SEE IF IT HAS RIPS OR
HOLES.
4. EAST UPWARD UPPER
PART (WHERE THE METAL
STRIP IS FOUND)
6. PLACE THE MASK ON
YOUR FACE. PINCH THE
METAL STRIP TO CONFORM
TO THE SHAPE OF YOUR
NOSE.5. BE SURE TO POINT OUT
THE CORRECT SIDE OF THE
MASK (THE COLORED SIDE)

12. 7. PULL DOWN UNDER
THE BOTTOM OF THE
MASK TO COVER YOUR
MOUTH AND BARBEL
8. AFTER USE, REMOVE THE
MASK, REMOVE THE
ELASTIC TAPES, KEEPING
THE MASK AWAY FROM
CLOTHING AND FACE.

13. 9. DISPOSE OF THE
MASK IN A CLOSED
CONTAINER
IMMEDIATELY AFTER
USE.
10. WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER
TOUCHING OR DISPOSING OF
THE MASK. USE AN ALCOHOL-
BASED DISINFECTANT OR WASH
THEM WITH WATER AND SOAP.

14. RECOMMENDATION
IF YOU HAVE A FEVER, COUGH, AND DIFFICULTY
BREATHING, SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE QUICKLY AS IT
MAY CAUSE RESPIRATORY INFECTION OR OTHER
SERIOUS INFECTION.
DO NOT SELF-MEDICATE.
