ICFS (International Customer Financing System) website is designed to migrate the ICFS desktop (Small
talk ) mainframe application to web application. ICFS supports the core business processes (Pricing, Contract
Management, Billing and Accounting) of the IBM Global Financing organization and its worldwide business units.
It helps IGF to use a single platform for supporting client needs across different Geographies (More than 58
countries) and adhere to its strategy of using Single Operating Model (SOM).
GCMS (Global Contract Management System) is a tool that creates and manages contract documents
such as Offer Letters and Certificates of Acceptance for IBM Global Financing. GCMS provides a comprehensive
workflow system of requests from the Offer Letter (OL) creation to the end process of initiating payment and
billing. Global Contract Management System is based on Java J2EE and Web Services which is deployed in 18
countries and has more than Nine thousand users worldwide.
Roles & Responsibilities:

solve the customer request based on customer details. User should be a register Customer on RAKBANK portal.
Different customer have different issues . In this it has several stages to check the customer request status. The
stages are defined through the process modeler, which is product of NewGen itself. After checking the customer
request status , bank user do the needful for further process.
