Healthy Eva D2C English
1.
2. OUR STORY
Healthy Eva was created by Alex Vassiliev — a happy father
of two beautiful daughters — living on a fabulous Portuguese
island Madeira in the Atlantic Ocean.
Alex is an ex e-commerce executive who realised, being
a father himself, that raising a healthy child is the biggest
priority for a parent. He decided to dedicate his life to
creating natural, truly nutritious, and healthy baby food.
First 1000 days are the most important period in child’s life
and it’s crucial that baby receives high quality baby food
packed with vitamins and containing no sugar, no additives,
no artificial colours and flavours or low end ingredients such
as palm oil.
He spent months researching nutrition and talking to the
best food technologists to create unique collection of baby
foods ranging from meat and fish purees to various vegetable
and fruit purees that will help parents across the globe raise
happy and healthy children. We all deserve that!
3. OUR SOURCING PHILOSOPHY
We source our raw material for production from the best
suppliers across the globe to ensure the highest quality of
the end product. Every supplier is hand-picked to make sure
that every ingredient used is top of the class in its category.
Our wildberries (blueberries, bilberries, cranberries) and
apples come from the pristine forests of Belarus, while pears
come from Peru, bananas from Ecuador and peaches from
Greece. We source our salmon from Norway while cod
comes all the way from Argentina.
Our dairy products are from Belarus which is one of the
world’s leaders in this area, while most of our vegetables
(cabbages, pumpkins, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower) are
sourced in Black Sea region of Ukraine. Our meat variety
(such as beef, chicken, rabbit etc.) comes from the best
farmers in the Eastern Europe that strictly follow our
guidelines and don’t use growth accelerators or antibiotics
in animal farming.
4. OUR APPROACH
TO PRODUCTION
Production facilities we use are certified by a number of international
bodies including FSSC 22000 certification by SGS, ISO 22000:2005,
Euro-Lead by European commission and many others. In addition to the
above they are also HALAL certified. Highest standard of production
process is ensured by top notch equipment of leading Italian, German
and Swedish industrial manufacturers.
5. In this world with a growing
population, the need for affordable,
safe and good quality products
is rising. Furthermore, there is
more awareness of customers for
these products to be produced
in a socially and environmentally
responsible way. To fulfil this need,
FSSC 22000 provides a trusted
brand assurance platform to the
consumer goods industry.
Production facilities are certified
by ISO 22000:2005 which specifies
requirements for a food safety
management system where an
organization in the food chain
needs to demonstrate its ability to
control food safety hazards in order
to ensure that food is safe at the
time of human consumption.
Halal certification is a process
which ensures the features
and quality of the products
according to the rules
established by the Islamic
Council that allow the use of the
mark Halal.
Our production partner has been
certified by EURO-LEAF. The organic
logo (EURO-LEAF) can only be used
on products that have been certified
as organic by an authorised control
agency or body. This means that
they have fulfilled strict conditions
on how they must be produced,
processed, transported and
stored. The logo can only be used
on products when they contain at
least 95% of organic ingredients and
additionally respect further strict
conditions for the remaining 5%.
Our production partners are fully compliant with the highest standards
of food production and are certified by the following organizations:
