8. Condiciones de compra-venta internacional
PEDIDOS:
Pueden hacer pedidos por correo, fax o por correo electrónico.
PRECIOS:
Los precios de venta de los productos son expresados en Euros sin IVA y con el
Incoterm EXW. El precio variaría en función del Incoterm elegido y se fijará el
precio final según las condiciones elegidas.
PLAZO DE ENTREGA:
Nuestras mercancías se suministraran de lunes a viernes. Se informará al cliente
del plazo de entrega para los productos que no se encuentren en el almacén. El
plazo de entrega orientativo será de veinte días laborales.
RECLAMACIONES:
Toda reclamación debe ser formulada en un plazo de diez días a partir de la
recepción de la mercancía.
CONDICIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN:
La mercancía se podrá devolver en los siguientes supuestos:
1. En caso de que la calidad del producto sea defectuosa.
2. En caso de que el embalaje este defectuoso. En este caso, rogaremos
guarden los documentos de transporte y además pediremos que se
adjunte una foto del estado del embalaje.
Sólo se atenderán las devoluciones que vengan acompañadas de factura y en
un plazo no superior a diez días desde la recepción del pedido.
PAGOS
Dependiendo del importe de la factura, el pago se realizará de la
siguiente manera:
• Con importes de entre 0 a 100 euros, el pago se realizará al contado.
• Con importes de entre 100 a 500 euros, el pago se realizará mediante
una letra a 30 días.
• Con importes de 500 euros en adelante, el pago se realizará mediante
una letra a 60 días.

10. CONDITIONS OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSATIONS
ORDERS:
You can make orders by email, fax or electronic mail.
PRICES:
The product sale prices are expressed in Euros without Tax on the Added Value
and with the Incoterm EXW. The price will vary according to the Incoterm and
the final price will be fixed according to the chosen conditions.
TERMS OF SHIPMENT:
Ours goods are provided from Monday to Friday. The client will be informed of
the delivery time for the products that are not available in the warehouse. The
shipment term will be twenty labour days.
CLAIMS:
All claims must be formulated in the next ten days after the reception of the
products.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Goods will be returned in the following cases:
1. If products are defective.
2. If packing is defective. In this case, we will request you to keep the
transport documents and to send a picture of the defective packing.
Returns will only be accepted within ten days since reception.
The invoice must be included.
PAYMENTS
Depending on amount of invoice. The paymente will be as follows :
• With amounts of between 0 to 100 Euros, the payment will be realized
cash.
• With amounts of between(among) 100 to 500 Euros, the payment will be
realized by means of a letter to 30 days.
