2. BACKGROUND
ROYAL MALAYSIAN CUSTOMS (RMC) IPOH, PERAK.
Customs established a comprehensive organization as a Federal Department.
Became the Federation of Malaya in 1948.
Awarded the status of ‘Royal’ in taxation history on 29.10.1963.
A two-level concrete building was established in 1977.
Staffs of Internal Tax, General Administration and Finance Division have moved to a new
office in Wisma Maju UMNO, Sultan Idris Shah Road, December 1988 -February 1990.
Moved again to Seri Kinta building at Sultan Idris Shah Road.
In year 1992, Department has purchased and own a piece of land, consisting of two
separate lots.
Ipoh Customs Office Complex and started to occupied by Ipoh Customs staffs on
30.06.1994.
Beginning of July 2001, Royal Malaysia Customs Department staffs of Perak state have
been moved to a new building that was completed in May 2001 and officially opened by
HRH the Sultan of Perak during 11 June 2002.

4. PROJECT / TASK
ESTABLISHING PROJECT PRIORITES
Establishment of any project or task, it requires schedule and what to perform or
other requirements. Budget was optional.

- Conduct and manage Finger Tec TCMS v2 based on schedule assigned.

These are the constraints encountered in workplace :

- poor IT - ext. numbers incompleted -item misplaced
RECOMMENDATIONS
These are the list of recommendation for each lnumber of imitations: above
i) Hire programmer & provide training for specific staffs only.
ii) Keep updated & alert with changes of staffs to provide correct iformation.
iii) Ensure continuous practices (regulary monitoring by officers in charge.
