The importance of milestones
โ€ข MVP (Minimum Viable Product): 48 hrs โ€“ 3
months
โ€ข Initial customer validation: 1 week โ€“ 6 months
โ€ข One million something (users, $$$, etc): 1-2
years
โ€ข You shall pivot if:
โ€“ Your solution seeks a problem, not vice versa
โ€“ Nobody wants to use your product โ€“ even you
โ€“ You have ceased to believe into your company for >1
month
Lesson 4: The Need For Speed
