1. LIBRARY RULES
1. Student (class VI to XII) shall be issued 2 books at a time for a period of two weeks.
2. One set of text books shall be issued to the teacher for the subject taught, for the whole session.
3. Other than text books, a maximum up to 5 books can be issued to the teacher for a period of one fortnight.
4. Failure to return books on the time will lead to penalty of ₹ 2.00 per book per week.
5. Reissue of books by a user may be allowed maximum up to twice more after the first issue.
6. In case the user loses a book, he/she would have to either replace the book or deposit three times the price of the book.
7. The book must be handled with utmost care to minimize the wear and tear.
8. While browsing, the books must be replaced properly.
9. Newspapers/Magazines, should be read only where they are kept and not to be taken elsewhere.
10. Silence and discipline should be observed in the library.

Online Safety Rules for Children
1. I will not give out personal information such as my address, telephone number, parent’s work address/telephone number, or the name and location of my school without my parents’ permission.
2. I will tell my parents right away if I come across any information that makes me feel uncomfortable.
3. I will never agree to get together with someone I “meet” online without first checking with my parents. If my parents agree to the meeting, I will be sure that it is in a public place and bring my mother or father along.
4. I will never send a person my picture or anything else without first checking with my parent.
5. I will not respond to any messages that are mean or in any way makes me feel uncomfortable. It is not my fault if I get a message like that. If I do, I will tell my parents right away so that they can contact the online service.
6. I will talk with my parents so that we can set up rules for going online. We will decide upon the time of the day that I can be online, the length of time I can be online and appropriate areas for me to visit. I will not access other areas or break these rules without their permission.
