This document provides a template for establishing feedback loops and cadence within business services and teams. The template includes sections for defining the purpose and desired outcome of the feedback loop, the necessary inputs and outputs, the roles of those involved in facilitating and participating, and the frequency or triggers for meetings. The document encourages capturing and sharing the feedback and cadence model by taking a photo and tweeting it or emailing the provider for further discussion on implementing agile practices.
