If needed, we’ll recommend a 90-minute in-depth Strategy Session with a
key sponsor. We will drill down into the specific needs of your organisation.
You will:
•	 Get clarity over what your organisation is trying to
achieve and the role leaders need to play in that
•	 Uncover the inhibitors that are keeping you from
developing the leaders you need
•	 Discover tools and frameworks that will help you
develop leaders and create a leadership culture.
(Optional) 90-minute Strategy Session
We may then recommend either a half, one or two-day strategy workshop
with your leadership team. This is a full-blown strategy session to help you
make key decisions and agree actions. As a result of this workshop you will:
•	 Develop a clear picture of future leadership for your organisation
•	 Gain a common understanding of where you are now
in terms of developing your leaders and agreement
over what’s working and what needs to change
•	 Agree what needs to happen to get from where
you are to where you want to be
•	 Commit to a route map and action plan to bridge the gap
(Optional) Strategy Workshop
Based on what we learn, we will design a Development Programme for your
leaders. The Programme may involve coaching, training, facilitation or a
combination. The programme will:
