The Inclusive Agile Accelerator program aims to develop basic programming skills in teenagers from disadvantaged backgrounds. The program recruits students aged 14-17 through partnerships with schools and social organizations. Students learn agile methodologies and work in teams over 4 months to develop software projects that solve real problems. The program aims to improve diversity in the IT industry and help students continue their education or find internships. Challenges include balancing student learning with project delivery and increasing inclusion levels. Testimonials from past students indicate the program has been life-changing.
