Use informal language

Use colloquial language: It’s

4. Useful language
Greeting: Dear...,

Thanking: Thanks for your letter. It was good to hear
from you.
Apologizing: I’m sorry I haven’t written.
Asking: How are you? What are you doing?
Replying: You asked about...
Giving personal information: I’m fine. I’m working

Sending wishes: I hope your family are well. Say hello
to your mum for me.
