4. To bring back life to Minalin… Twenty two (21) residents organized the Sta. Monica Credit Cooperative in the middle part of 1991. Inspired by a common desire to settle back the people and rebuild the town, they voluntarily pooled resources to raise an initial paid-up capital of ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00). Sta. Monica Credit Cooperative acquired accreditation from the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) on September 12, 1991 with Registration No. MLA-1384.
