intermediates and final products.
• To organize to the chemists to handling the sophisticated Instruments like HPLC,
GC, UV-Spectrophotometer, IR-Spectrophotometer, Gradient HPLC System and
Head Space GC Analysis.
• To co-ordinate HOD (Production) to reviews and disposition of non-confirming
products to involve in sort out the Customer Complaints relating to quality
products and the necessary action will be taken with customer satisfaction.
• Organizing chemists to do the work smoothly without any disturbances.
• Organizing the documentation works including Instrument calibrations,
preparation of volumetric standard solutions, Test solutions, Labeling and total
department maintenance.
• Procurement of lab chemicals, reagents, glass ware and lab equipments etc.
• To look after calibration of all Instruments/ Equipment in the lab and its
documents.
• To release the finished products to dispatching after approved the material, a per
the specifications and its documented.
• To look after stability studies program of all products (whatever products
producing in the plant) and with all testing conditions according to specifications.
• Monitoring of all supporting documents related to instrumental and chemical
analysis and finished production and batch records.
• To control of product labels and control samples preservation and its
documented.
• To organize chemists/Assistants to cleaning of glass-wares, calibrations and
housekeeping etc.
• Having knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 implementation and acting as Dy. MR for
implementation work and got the certification from NQA
• All the Manuals, STPs, Methods preparations & reviewed as per the required
process can be done.
• Prepare the BPRs, reviewed and storing the BPRs for reference
• Exposure having to conduct and facing in all the Internal audits, customer audits &
External audits can be done and monitoring

• To involve in implement of new Analytical Techniques to improve the quality of the

related products.
• To Co-ordinate with all the Higher authorized personnel to run all the thinks going
on smoothly and dealing with Marketing department regarding supplying the
products to customers within the time.
• Working standard samples to be preparing in the lab and its validated with
reference standard and organize to use for specific products, hence the RS
sample to be protected and properly documented
• All the instruments should be calibrated in time and supporting data keep it ready
for reference
• Product validations are also validating and its will be documented
• Involving in the Lab on all activities where ever necessary.
• To motivate to all the chemists to reduce the chemicals and reagents
consumption’s during the analysis.
• To organize to all chemists, sub-ordinates, do the work in time and advice to them
to be updated.
• We achieved ISO-9001:2008 certificate in 2014 and trying to getting ISO:14001
and the management appointed as Dy. MR to activate on ISO documentation
works.
