Here is the implementation of apriori algorithm with Frequent itemset pattern ; apriori principle Frequent Itemset Pattern & Apriori Principle Confidence refers to the likelihood that an item B is also bought if item A is bought. It can be calculated by finding the number of transactions where A and B are bought together, divided by total number of transactions where A is bought. It is a conditional probability. Mathematically, it can be represented as: Confidence(A→B) = (Transactions containing both (A and B))/(Transactions containing A) Apriori property: Any subset of a frequent itemset must also be frequent A transaction containing {milk, bread, diaper} also contains {milk, diaper} {beer, diaper, bread} is frequent then,{beer, diaper} must also be frequent In other words, any superset of an infrequent itemset must also be infrequent – No superset of any infrequent itemset should be generated or tested Candidate Generation & Test Frequent Itemset: All the sets which contain the item with the minimum support (denoted by 𝐿𝑖 for 𝑖 𝑡ℎ itemset). Join Operation: To find L k , a set of candidate k-itemsets is generated by joining Lk-1 with itself. The Apriori Algorithm Apriori Algorithm is one of the basic and famous approach used in mining frequent patterns. Apriori uses a "bottom up" approach, where frequent subsets are extended one item at a time (a step known as candidate generation, and groups of candidates are tested against the data. Apriori is designed to operate on database containing transactions (for example, collections of items bought by customers, or details of a website frequentation). There are three major components of Apriori algorithm: Support Confidence Lift Already talk about support and confidence Lift(A -> B) refers to the increase in the ratio of sale of B when A is sold. Lift(A –> B) can be calculated by dividing Confidence(A -> B) divided by Support(B) Mathematcally, Lift(A->B)=(confidence(A->B))/ )=(support(B)) Apriori-Pruning Principal “If there is any item set which is infrequent, its superset should not be generated or tested.” This simply means if A is infrequent we can avoid checking A,B as a frequent item set.

MySQL Webinar, presented on the 25th of April, 2024. Summary: MySQL solutions enable the deployment of diverse Database Architectures tailored to specific needs, including High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Read Scale-Out. With MySQL Shell's AdminAPI, administrators can seamlessly set up, manage, and monitor these solutions, ensuring efficiency and ease of use in their administration. MySQL Router, on the other hand, provides transparent routing from the application traffic to the backend servers in the architectures, requiring minimal configuration. Completely built in-house and supported by Oracle, these solutions have been adopted by enterprises of all sizes for their business-critical applications. In this presentation, we'll delve into various database architecture solutions to help you choose the right one based on your business requirements. Focusing on technical details and the latest features to maximize the potential of these solutions.

In the thrilling conclusion to 2023, ransomware groups had a banner year, really outdoing themselves in the "make everyone's life miserable" department. LockBit 3.0 took gold in the hacking olympics, followed by the plucky upstarts Clop and ALPHV/BlackCat. Apparently, 48% of organizations were feeling left out and decided to get in on the cyber attack action. Business services won the "most likely to get digitally mugged" award, with education and retail nipping at their heels. Hackers expanded their repertoire beyond boring old encryption to the much more exciting world of extortion. The US, UK and Canada took top honors in the "countries most likely to pay up" category. Bitcoins were the currency of choice for discerning hackers, because who doesn't love untraceable money?
