Other provision Environmental Clearance: Notified industries such as cement, chemical fertilizers, oil and gas, and power plants with investment exceeding Rs. 50 crore are required to get environmental clearance. Environmental audit report: Every industry has to submit “Environmental Audit Report” in the prescribed form on or before 15 th may every year.
